Under 30 Minutes: Breakfast and Dinner with Alaska Seafood We love making wild Alaska salmon. It's stands up to even the boldest flavors (and complements the most subtle ones); it cooks quickly; and it's full of long-chain omega-3 fatty acids. Today, we have two new recipes that feature wild Alaska salmon—both of which come together in just under 30 minutes. We'll start with our new favorite dinner: Moroccan-spiced Alaska salmon, seasoned with a vibrant blend of turmeric, coriander, cumin, and cinnamon. Then delicious breakfast tacos that, to be honest, would be great for dinner, too! Serve them with hot or even room temperature salmon, gently scrambled eggs, and any toppings you like.
