Happy Fall! Who's Ready for Cider Pulled Pork?

Latest recipes from Simply Recipes.

Hi, everybody!

It's definitely starting to feel like sweater weather here in Northern California, and I for one am LOVING IT! If you follow us on Instagram, you probably saw that I made a big batch of Cider Pulled Pork this week. It's so good -- great for a party, but also nice for small families (like mine!) since you can use the pork all sorts of ways during the week and freeze the leftover. I used it to make a quick pasta with red peppers, BBQ pulled pork pizza, and an easy breakfast-for-dinner egg scramble.

And hey, are you feeling stressed with your back-to-school schedule? If so, I highly recommend our recipe for Rotisserie Chicken Stroganoff. Pick up a roast chicken at the grocery store on the way home, and dinner is ready in minutes. (P.S. Pressure Cooker Egg Bites are a GREAT make-ahead breakfast!)

Happy cooking!
