This month, we welcome back Marta Rivera for more of her meal plans. Marta is a trained chef, mom of twins, and Army wife – and she is also one of our Simply Recipes contributors and recipe testers! With feet firmly rooted in October, I can’t get enough of the fall flavors, colors, and textures in the kitchen these days. But fall flavors and hearty recipes don’t always mean heavy, labor-intensive meals. Thankfully, the meals I've chosen for this week are all schedule-friendly, as well as rich in flavor.
