Reader question: “What is a good egg substitute when baking? We have egg allergies in our home.” Great question, and thanks for writing in! Sometimes big changes can be overwhelming, but luckily baking all your favorite treats without eggs isn’t too tough once you get into the swing of it! I have friends who really like the egg substitute from Bob’s Red Mill, but I think it’s easier to make a “flax egg.” I know, I know, it sounds a little out there. But it’s easy and it works! |
