| | What is better than kofta kabobs on their own? Kofta stuffed in bell peppers! This healthy dinner is an excellent meal to brighten any fall day. Go ahead and sprinkle cumin, coriander and chili flakes into ground chicken in order to get the traditional Middle Eastern flavor.
