Top Recipes This Week (Sneak Peek: Pasta with Butternut Squash and Bacon!!)

Latest recipes from Simply Recipes.

Hi, everyone! Do you have an air fryer? We've just started dipping our toe into using this new (to us!) contraption, and we're really loving the results so far. First up, we have Crispy Air Fryer French Fries, which are the answer to all of our french fried dreams. Yum. Stay tuned for more air fryer recipes!

And hey, before the holidays come and sweep us all away, I highly suggest celebrating the fall season with some Pasta with Butternut Squash, Bacon, and Brown Butter. It's absolutely heavenly.

Happy cooking! Stay cozy!

Simply Recipes Meal Plan: November 2018, Week 1

Simply Recipes Meal Plan: November 2018, Week 1

This month, please welcome Aaron Hutcherson and his November meal plans! Aaron is a regular contributor here on Simply Recipes and the blogger behind The Hungry Hutch.

With Halloween behind us and Daylight Saving this weekend, we’re heading full steam ahead toward the end of the year. Ah! I’m not ready yet!

My mom always claims that this is the week when she’ll start cleaning the house to get it ready for guests to come over for the holidays, but in reality, that doesn’t wrap up until the day before Thanksgiving.

So while I’m not hunkered down cleaning the living room, I did jet off to celebrate a friend’s wedding this weekend, and am now looking forward to settling back into my regular routine. And with that: cooking for the week! I hope you’ll join me.

THIS WEEK: Shrimp Scampi, Mushroom Risotto, Steak Diane and more!

Our All-Time Best Thanksgiving Pies

Our All-Time Best Thanksgiving Pies

Our All-Time Best Thanksgiving Pies

Let’s be real. We might make a big deal about the amazing golden hue of this year’s roast turkey and go back for seconds of Grandma Dola’s famous green bean casserole, but most of us are really just waiting until we can hit the dessert table.

We’re just here for the pie, thanks.

There’s a lot riding on these Thanksgiving pies. Do you stick to tradition, or branch out into something new? How many pies do you really need? (Trick question: you need all of them.)

Here’s my advice — give yourself a break when it comes to Thanksgiving dessert. Make one or two traditional pies, but then make some room for something new on the table.
