May, I thought you'd never come!

While I'm not naive enough to think that we'll magically start seeing warmer temperatures in Seattle anytime soon, it's nice to see the flowers in bloom and the longer days always inspire slightly more leisurely cooking in the evenings.

So this week, I'm excited to get back into the kitchen, relying on fresh seasonal produce and lighter protein-packed meals.
